Duties of A Watchman on the Wall

Ezekiel 33:6 says:

But if the watchman sees the sword coming

and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people

and the sword comes and takes someone’s life,

that person’s life will be taken because of their sin,

but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.

Wow! What an assignment! Would you want that duty?

Well, it appears God has, indeed, given us this assignment!

Let's be faithful and tell the Good News of Christ's Salvation.

Prayer Requests

My dear friend's beautiful, sweet Cane Corso dog passed away during the night. She needs prayers from the Almighty for peace and healing of her sadness at the loss. Thank you to all who pray!

Please pray for a friend's mom having eye surgery on Wednesday, April 15. Also pray for the doctor and all attending medical people to be at the top of their skill and attentive to all proper procedures, creativity, medical tools, and a great supporting staff. Father God, let this surgery go even better than planned, that her recovery is perfect in Your eyes, and that her eyesight is restored perfectly. Let her rejoice in You. Let all attending to her be kind, merciful and rejoice with her on restored eyesight. Let her remember forever Your perfection and provision.

We need a financial miracle in our family..... Thank you for praying!

Pray for our service members...for their safety, for mighty angels of protection, for the helmet of salvation, for the belt of truth, for the shield of faith to extinguish all the firey darts of the enemy, for the breastplate of righteousness, for bravery, for God's voice guiding

Please pray for my friend who has started a new business in sales; she needs a few sales to encourage her that this is the right step for her. Thank you for praying.

I have some friends in ministry part-time. They are faithful and never seem to get discouraged. It would be such a joy to see them engaged in full-time ministry.

Politics today is a big mess. Lord, please, open hearts and minds to want to do your will, not their own. Give them all an understanding of your word, and desire to be led by You!

A family member is serving as a missionary in a foreign country. Protect her, guide her, give her wisdom, knowledge and discernment.

I ask for prayer for finances for dental work. Thank you to all who pray!

Lady in our neighborhood recently lost her husband of many years. It is very dificult for her, although she is progressing and trusting the Lord. Give her holy friendships, and a new annointing. Praise God!

For all family/friends who have had or are in the process of dealing with Alzheimer/dementia/lewy body dementia diagnoses, and all forms of dementia, I would ask for prayer...for healing, for family decisions filled with Holy Spirit guidance, for consideration foremost of the one diagnosed. It must be scary and hard to understand what is happening to them. I pray there are no harsh words spoken in haste and in anger/disappointment. God is able to heal and restore. If He chooses not to, then let it be a time for family to draw closer. I believe in miracles and restoration! Let others come to be saved by Jesus through this.
